To participant in the program, our Referral Partners must follow three easy steps:
Contact D&A to learn about our unique retained executive search practice so you can confidently communicate this information to a potential client.
Identify potential opportunities through your network for our services. Use your relational influence with that decision maker and suggest a meeting with our President. Inform that person about our services and suggest it is in their best interest to meet with us.
Connect with our President and provide the necessary information on the individual, the company, the opportunity and when the person wants to speak with us. This changes the initial meeting from a cold call to a warm referral call.
Be Rewarded with a referral fee from the initial engagement D&A is hired for from your referral.
